Perinton Youth Hockey 8U (Mite) Red, White and Blue Program

Perinton Youth Hockey is pleased to share the 8U plan for the upcoming 2019-20 Red, White and Blue Program for players born in 20011, 2012, and some 2013 birth year players.  PYH uses USAH’s guidelines for its 8U program as detailed on its ADM Kids website https://www.admkids.com/page/show/1744402-8u.  PYH also understands that there are competitive market influences that have created a demand for additional development opportunities outside of PYH so we have created our program to provide an optimal program for players involved in our program.  Below are details of our Red, White and Blue program that is primarily skill based and not age based teams:

We feel that it is important to be able to offer distinct levels of development opportunities for those that desire different options.

* Final decisions on number of Red teams will be announced during the tryout process and will be based on number of players and appropriate skill level, however, the initial plan is to have two red teams based on a 1st pick (most likely only 2011s) and second 2nd pick (mixed 2011s & 2012s) teams but rosters may be fluid through 12/31/19.
