Perinton Youth Hockey, in alignment with their player development objectives, has formally recognized a Player Development Board. The Player Development Board will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing a long term player development strategy for Perinton Youth Hockey.


This Board will be chaired by the PYH ACE Coordinator and will work closely with the Directors of PYH Hockey Programs (House, Initiation, Girls and Travel) to insure the continued development of PYH Players and Coaches.

Brian Hills

  • Assistant Coach of the Rochester Institute of Technology men's Hockey Team.
  • Two-time first team All-American and two-time Hobey Baker Memorial Award finalist.
  • Led the CCHA in scoring twice and was the CCHA Player of the Year in 1983.
  • Played 11 seasons playing professionally in Europe
  • Won three gold medals with Team Canada in Europe's Spengler Cup
  • Member of Selection Committee for Team Canada

Jim Hofford

  • Former Rochester Americans Captain and Amerks Hall of Fame Member
  • Member Frontier Field Walk of Fame
  • Calder Cup Champion

Geordie Robertson

  • Rochester Americans Team MVP
  • Adirondack Red Wings Calder Cup winner and Team MVP
  • Robertson spent one year playing in Switzerland and Finland
  • Three Regional appearances and two National Tournament appearances as MCC head coach.

Wayne Wilson

  • Head Coach of the Rochester Institute of Technology men's Hockey Team.
  • American Hockey Coaches Association Coach of the Year
  • 13 years as the assistant coach at Bowling Green State University
  • NCAA Division I National Championship in 1984.
  • Degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation, and Master's in Education.
